to bring you a very special event.
THE ZOMBIE PARTY!!

This won't be your ordinary show!!! In addition to more than 3 great live
bands, Ormon himself will be there filming sequences for his hit cable tv show,
Monster Creature Feature!!! Ormon is really
going out of his way for this one! He's converted The Cave into a creepy, classic
monsters-inspired torture chamber. The whole club will become the set for
Ormon's lair of pain!!! Dexter Romweber, The Tremors, and Killer Filler will
complete the atmosphere by filling the air with wild rockabilly and killer surf
instrumentals. Come on out for a night of kooky creepiness and a blast of some
of the best live music that the area has to offer!

DEXTER
ROMWEBER
Dex Romweber is nothing less than an icon of the American music underground. The former frontman for the world famous
psycho-surf-rockabilly-garage-punk combo Flat Duo Jets released his first of
nine albums in 1990 to rave reviews worldwide. He starred alongside R.E.M. and
The B-52s in the 1987 cult classic film “Athens, GA Inside Out”. His first
national tour in 1990 was as opening act for The Cramps. He was showcased on
MTV's The Cutting Edge and 120 Minutes, starred in the Flat Duo Jets videos
"Wild Wild Lover" and "Radioactive Man", made a stunning performance on Late
Night with David Letterman, and has shared the stage with dozens of other rock
luminaries including Iggy Pop and the White Stripes.
THE TREMORS
In honor of the Zombie Party, The Tremors will
appear as their alter egos... The Tremors dedication to the musical roots
of rock'n'roll comes through in every whipsaw atomic blast. A night with the
Tremors is a hell-bent chicken-run through the greatest music in American
history - rockabilly - the hybrid of blues and country that became rock'n'roll
and changed the world. This rockabilly is as pure, authentic and strong as
Tennessee sour mash, and sure ain’t for the faint of heart!!
KILLER FILLER
Killer Filler is the creation of keyboardist,
guitarist, and songwriter Chris "Crispy" Bess -- an all-instrumental five-piece
outfit to meld his twin penchants for 1960s Memphis soul and California surf
music. Funk, twang, jazz, lounge and swing flavor Crispy's songwriting as well
as the B-side nuggets that he handpicks to arrange and cover. The Ventures, The
Shadows, Booker T. and the MGs, and The Champs and The Meters are all channeled
by the band in live sets.
